X-spine was founded in 2003, in suburban Dayton, Ohio. We are an FDA registered and ISO 13485 compliant spinal implant company specializing in the conception and development of spinal implant products. Our principles of Surgeon Centrism, Efficacy, and Elegance guide our product philosophy. Our goal is to provide a superior alternative the "me-too" spinal products which are dominating the marketplace.

Surgeon-centric X-spine products are designed by surgeons consulting with engineers, not the other way around. The result is a product which addresses what surgeons want and doesn't attempt to address what surgeons don' t.

Unique Given the remarkable number of companies producing spinal implants, it amazes us that all the products are seemingly the same. Many companies survive by marketing commodity "me-too" technology under licensing agreements. X-spine's products are unique and proprietary.

Effective Every X-spine implant is tested to standards exceeding FDA requirements. Biomechanical testing is performed in-house and confirmed by independent laboratories. We realize that our ultimate customers are our surgeons' patients- who deserve the highest levels of safety and efficacy.
