Spider and Capless systems commercially launched. Network of independent distributors formed.
Dr. Kirschman closes clinical practice to become President and CEO of the company. |

X-spine moves to new facility in Miamisburg, Ohio with in-house prototyping and test laboratory.
Company receives CE mark for international distribution. First international procedures performed

X-spine wins Frost and Sullivan Best Practices Product of the Year Awards for Capless Pedicle Screw System. Butrex Buttress Plating System approved by FDA. Distribution expanded to continental Europe, Middle East and Australia. |

Calix PEEK Spinal Implant System approved by FDA. Reached milestone of 1000 Spider plates shipped per month. Launched HydraGraft demineralized bone graft sponge. Received $3 million research grant to study advanced implant titanium processing with University of Cincinnati. Fortex Pedicle Screw System developed. PEEK line expanded with ALIF, PLIF and TLIF implants. X-spine Miamisburg facility expanded with additional laboratory, office and conference space. |
